I was delivering a seminar on business systems and how become a more effective ‘managing business owner’ by putting systems in place and getting your team to perform in their roles.

My client’s wife and asked him to come along. We agreed to meet the next week and have a chat about his business. He had his own building and maintenance company based in a lock up with a small office and a great office lady.

Apart from being an inspiring guy himself, he was really clear on what he wanted to do;
